Upgrade when you need more
Move a property to Core for limited upsells and Advisor Insights. Choose Premium for the guest AI Concierge, unlimited upsells, and WhatsApp when it ships.

Try Premium first
When you choose Premium, you can start with a 2-month trial on that property before billing begins. Core and Premium are billed per property.

What does Free include?
Free covers one live property with a house manual, guest feedback loop, and shareable guest link. Upsells, Advisor Insights, and AI Concierge are not included. You can create additional properties in draft, but only one Free property can issue live guest links at a time.
When does billing start?
Only when you upgrade a property to Core or Premium. Free stays free. Each paid property is billed separately at $15/mo (Core) or $39/mo (Premium).
Can I mix plans across properties?
Yes. Each property has its own plan. One can stay on Free, another on Core, and another on Premium.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Anytime, through the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard. Upgrades unlock paid features immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
What happens when a Premium trial ends?
If you started a Premium trial and do not add a payment method, Premium AI features stop and you cannot issue new guest links on that property until you choose Core or Premium in Billing. Existing guest links stay live through checkout.
How do upsells differ on Core vs Premium?
Core includes up to 3 active guest upsells per property. Premium includes unlimited upsells.
Is WhatsApp included?
WhatsApp for guest messaging is planned for Premium and is not available yet. We will announce when it ships.
Is there a limit on how many properties I can add?
No cap on properties in your account. Free covers one live property. Each additional live property on Core or Premium adds its own monthly subscription.
